At OSEI, we have years of experience in engineering design and adventurous living. We focus on quality and innovation, always looking to improve, hence the evolving Crystal Mic headset range. We are the only company with products for divers, pilots and explorers.

DR STEPHEN KWAN (CEO & FOUNDER)

Steve is truly a master of all trades having degrees in 4 Engineering disciplines and a degree in Theology. A pilot and flight instructor for both helicopter and airplane, he also served as a helicopter mechanic for the US Army during two tours of Iraq. In his free time he loves to cook healthy food, play with his kids and keep in tip top shape - he's also a certified fitness instructor.
